I odered this shirt last night and cant wait to wear it!

2010

It's hard to believe another year has come and gone. Ever since I've graduated from college time seems to move much faster than it did before and I sure wish it would slow down just a bit. 2010 I've decided has been the most challenging year of my life to date. It was plagued by struggles both personal and public. I however weathered the storms and am no worse off. I firmly believe that G-d will not give you more than you can handle and that everything has a purpose.

This year I have met and made some amazing friends who bring so much joy to my life; I have become more independent; I have learned many things about myself and I for the first time in my life I really feel at peace. All these wonderful things would not have happened if I had not been challenged. I will never be perfect and I don't need to be. I will fall down and I will pull myself up. I will try and I will fail. I will loose and I will win. That's life, and no matter what happens I am happy to be on this earth doing the things I love with the people who love me!

These are my favorite moments of 2010 and I am really looking forward to seeing what 2011 brings me!

Nie Nie Update

HOly COW Bob is working fast and Nie Nie is moving right along! The top/white is done and I bought and delivered the bubblegum pink body color today! EEEEEEKKKKKKK! I am so excited! With some luck she should be back though probably not back together by halloween!

Nie Nie Update

I am sure you have all been wondering what has been going on with Nie Nie . . . . . and the good news is there is progress! Whoop Whoop! Seth finished the sandblasting, shes down to the metal and we found a very nice man in Kennewick to do the body work and get her painted! Here are some pics of her on her grand voyage.















The next time I see her will be when we are dropping off the body color paint and I can't wait! I am SOOOOOOOOO excited!

Current project. . .

Ok i cant get the pics to change the way they face on my phone and am totally frustrated. Oh well, a sideways pic is better than no pic at all.

Im currently refinishing this chair is it will be leather for the basement. I wont ever do this again, at least not with something that has decorative nail heads all over it.

Saturday

1. Mow lawn

2. Trim back neighbors poplar trees which are invading my world.

3. Spray 2 acres of weeds (also invading my world).

4. Scrub out fire pit

5. Return approx 14 items I have been meaning to return over the last month. Im a slacker and thats a fact.

6. Clean house, also something I have failed to do in the last month.

7. Buy cheese.

8. Negotiate a peace treaty with my goat.

9. Paint my terrarium, I made it the other night out of old oicture frames. Seth said it was nice for me to build a coffin for my plants!

10. Shower and brush my teeth, something I failed to do after falling asleep on the couch last night. Should that be number 1?

Witches Soiree!

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday! I was so inspired by Party Wishes Witch Tea that I decided to throw my own version. Welcome to my first annual Witches Soiree!

The main event of the evening was the pumpkin carving.

All pumpkins were grown by yours truly!










Once again, I have made damn near all the decorations myself! I just love them!
